First, we need to understand what is the role?

The role is the set of obligations generated by significant “others” and the individual occupying the position.


Approaches to role 

Now we know what is meant by role. So for further proceeding, we should know how-to approaches to role and what is rights and responsibilities

Whenever you are doing your responsibilities, then you have the right to ask your superiors.

Without doing your responsibilities you couldn't take your rights

What is meant by Responsibilities?

Organization’s expectations from the individuals in  order to exercise their rights 

Example: In order to avail leave the person should  make alternate arrangements to ensure the work  doesn’t get affected


What is meant by Rights?

Privileges granted to individuals by the  organization 

Example: Taking personal leave 


Important Note:

For allocating a role, one must deeply consider  whether the person is capable of handling and finishing the task entrusted
