Red/White/Green fugaiTag in 5S

Fugai Tag is the tool to capture the issues in a place / in machine. Fugai means Improved

White tag  - Problem can be corrected by an identified person itself

Red Tag    - Support required from other function

Green tag - Same as a red tag, but this is used to capture safety-related issues


The tag shall contain,

1. Tag.No   and Date

2. Area Name

3. Area code

4. Problem Description

5. Type of defect 

6. Explain the problem

7. Identified by 

8. Verified by

9. Corrective action with Date

10. Corrective action verified by
