Fugai is the Japanese word. It means Abnormality

What is the purpose of fugai tags?

To record abnormality in a sheet.

What are the contents in fugai tags?

S.no, Machine number, Operator name, Operator ID, Problem description, Signature, Problem raised on, Problem closed on.

What is the type of fugai tags?

1. White tags - Issue can be corrected by the machine operator

2. Red Tags - Maintenance persons support required ( Highly technicals)

3. Green Tags - Safety issues

What are the issues should be identified in the tag?

1. Minor flaws

2. Basic Conditions not fulfilled

3. Hard to access places

4. SOC places

5. Source of quality defects

6. Unnecessary items

7. Unsafe places

What are the Minor flaws?

1. Contamination - Dust, Dirt, Powder, Grease, Rust, Paint

2. Damage  - Cracnking, Crushing, deformation, chipping
